Order Confirmation
● After receiving and reviewing your order, we will promptly initiate the acknowledgement process to ensure security and protect both you, our client, and Winaid.
● Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
● This acknowledgement email will provide detailed information relating to the product(s) you have ordered.
● Your invoice will be attached to the acknowledgement email. Please note that all orders will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. To ensure efficient service and streamlined processing, we require payment in advance. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our services. ● Take the time to review the details provided in the acknowledgement email, including the attached invoice. This step ensures transparency in the pricing structure and allows you to proceed with confidence.
● In case you do not find the acknowledgment email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Due to email filtering, important messages might occasionally land in the spam folder.
● If the email is found in the spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure that future communications reach your inbox without any issues.
● This step is designed to keep you informed and involved throughout the order process. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, our team is readily available to assist you.

Payment
Payments can be made via direct bank deposit, cash, or Instant EFT (please use your Name and Surname as the reference). Orders will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Receipt of payment constitutes acceptance of your order, pro forma invoice, and applicable terms and conditions.

Delivery or Collection
Your order will be delivered via your selected method (e.g. courier or PAXI), or made available for collection if applicable. You will be notified once your order is on its way or ready for collection.

Ongoing Support
