After receiving the "Request Quote Form," we will review your request and your specific requirements, then contact you through email within 24 hours during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.) with your quotation attached for your consideration. Then you will need to confirm by replying to the email if you are happy to move forward with processing your order in compliance with our terms and conditions. Winaid will confirm your quote acceptance receipt and send you an invoice for payment.
►Once-off small digital design projects (under R1000.00), for example, a digital business card and social media ads, are charged at a custom price based on your technical requirements. Winaid will issue an invoice to the client for payment on the relevant invoicing date. All such invoices require full payment, as the total project fee is less than R1000. Within one business day of the invoice's issue date, or as otherwise noted on the invoice, the client will pay Winaid.
►Most of our other larger development project services (above R1000.00), for example, website design, require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee and are due within one business day of the invoice issue date, or as specified on the invoice if later. Winaid requires the 50% deposit to be paid in full before work will commence. Prior to uploading to the server or releasing the project, the remaining 50% of the invoice total will be payable upon completion of the project.
►Payments can be made by direct bank deposit, cash, or EFT (Reference: Name & Surname). The receipt of payment is deemed acceptance of the quotation, invoice, and Winaid's terms and conditions, which can be viewed at www.winaid.co.za.

►All assigned projects require pre-approval for resource allocation and scheduling to finish the project; this includes the assignment of the digital designer, as well as scheduling his/her diary and paying a fee for the digital designer to complete the task.
Before the project's final delivery date, our design process allows for two revisions so that changes can be made. We have the right to charge an extra fee for any adjustments after you have approved the project design or after this time frame has passed. If you want to change any specifics after approving the final project design, there will be extra fees.
We're glad to assist! Simply indicate the need for a logo and business name as an add-on to your project when requesting a quote. Please be aware that there will be additional costs and that the project's completion date may change. Two logo and business name design concepts will be included in the project for you to choose from or be advised of any changes. Two independent revisions will also apply in accordance with your specifications and the concepts you mentioned in the Request for Quote Form.
►These days, we don't do in-person meetings; instead, we engage with clients who prefer working virtually via email or WhatsApp messaging. The main benefit of working virtually is the fact that we can work virtually with any client in South Africa, regardless of where they are located, and effectively keep the project's cost low for the client. No travel expenses or hourly consultation fees apply!

Yes, you must supply us the content you want us to use on any branded designs. Unless you wish to pay extra for us to conduct content research for the project.
We are proud Mobirise users, and we prefer using Website X5 for complex website features like e-commerce. We also prefer to limit our work to those platforms (Mobirise and Website X5).
SOCIAL MEDIA
No, we don't manage social media postings; only design. We might briefly discuss our suggestions for post scheduling and strategy.

The only services we provide currently now are design services for Facebook and Instagram marketing. We are happy to provide assistance with the ad, post, and banner designs for alternative social media platforms.

Upon request, deliverables can be exported to PowerPoint, PDF, or, in some cases, MP4 depending on the requirements.
While we are happy to provide colour and font suggestions for your logo, if you have a specific idea in mind, you must first offer a visual example so that we can base our recommendations.
All of our design services come with two rounds of revisions during which you can ask for any changes you require, provided that they are consistent with the initial scope of the work. You can ask for additional design hours at our hourly design pricing if you require any additional changes.
