Given the complexity, nature of business, and number of projects we manage, we prefer email or WhatsApp messaging to the use of the phone since it makes communication and explanation of details and recommendations easier and diminishes the probability of misunderstandings. All project correspondence—messages, conversations—is incorporated into and attached to the design agreement and schedule. An email or WhatsApp message gives both parties written confirmation in the case of issues in the development of your project. Winaid reserves the right not to communicate via phone.
